CNC double-head tube bending machine
The CNC double-head tube bending machine features a revised design and is extremely effective for use with long, thin pipes such as brake and fuel lines. The fully automatic machine ensures shortened bending times as well as reduced setup and non-productive times. By clamping the tube roughly in the middle, both sides can be processed simultaneously, regardless of the geometry. All movements required for bending are performed by the bending tool, which moves around the fixed tube. The machine can be quickly converted to different tube diameters or shapes, which means it is also suitable for small batch sizes.
Applications: brake and fuel lines, radiator and ventilation lines
